How Do I Place An Order?

We offer three secure ordering methods so that you can choose the option that works best for you.

Order online – Placing an order on Nuvo Italia is safe, easy, and fast. You can check your order status and make changes every step of the way using My Account, which can be easily browsed through the links on the right-hand side of the page.

Call us – Nuvo Italia Concierge is available 7 days a week: Mon – Fri: 11AM – 4PM; Sat: 8AM – 1PM All times GMT. Call us at 031-207-6821 and we’ll not only set up the order for you but answer any questions you may have.

Message us – If you’d prefer to communicate by sms or Whatsapp, we are happy to chat during concierge hours above and on Sundays: 10AM – 1PM (All times GMT). Message us at 084-786-3074 and we’ll answer any questions you may have. A quote will be sent if an order is being made. (For more information, see below).

Order Confirmation
After your order is completed, you will be sent a confirmation email to the email address provided. Included will be an order number – this is your reference number in case you have any questions about your order. Please review the order summary to confirm your order information is correct, proceed to payment options by clicking the ‘Checkout’ button and then save the confirmation email as a receipt of your purchase. If you don’t receive a copy, first check your junk mail and then check My Account or contact us.

If you’d like another copy of your receipt, you can always go to My Account and click “View Order Status” within the My Orders section.

Using Promotional Codes
If you receive a promo code, be sure to enter it during checkout so that it can be applied to your order. Promo codes apply to most of our products but may have some restrictions; these may be based on timeframe, type of product, or brand.

The lay-buy term is the process of paying a down-payment for a purchase and the remainder to be paid off in installments until the full purchase price is amounted to.

At the point of the total price being received by us, only then will the order be deemed ‘complete’ and dispatched.

Lay-buy is also noted in other countries as a Layaway or Pre-Order.


Lay-Buy makes it easy for you to buy the products and services that you need by paying for them via a deposit down payment and in monthly installments.

AFFORDABLE: Here at NuvoItalia, we allow our customers to offer the payments they comfortable with for payment, should we find it reasonable we will accept the lay-buy, we also reserve the right to decline offers we feel are not reasonable.

SECURITY: All Payments are processed within a secure system and environment. All receipts are written and signed, as well being issued electronically.

CONVENIENCE: Payments are automatically setup between the customer and NuvoItalia with no intervention by an external party, ever.

FLEXIBLE: We understand situations can change. All our our deposits received are 100% refundable. No admin costs, hidden costs and re-stocking fees.

TRUST: Items kept in our possession whether paid for or not is our responsibility, we take this responsibility very seriously.

what to expect after your order is placed

Order Acknowledgement
Once your order has been placed, we will send an email acknowledging both your order and the sale price. This email will also include the contact information for the team handling your order.

Review, confirmation and updates
The team handling your order will review your order to verify your items. A sales consultant may contact you to discuss your options that may not have been available online.

Delivery Scheduling

Once your pieces are available and processed, our team will call to schedule delivery! We strive to deliver at your convenience and usually have several days of the week on which we regularly deliver. One to two days before scheduled delivery, your team will provide a 3 hour window for when you can expect your furniture. Due to complicated delivery schedules, NuvoItalia is not able to guarantee a specific delivery time. At your request, however, we will gladly contact you an hour prior to scheduled delivery.

Items are monitored every step of the way. To quickly see an estimated delivery date, navigate to My Orders. Each item (plus all the information you might need to know about it) will have its current status and estimated arrival date. From there, the exact location of your item can be found by clicking “Track Your Package.”

On the “Track Your Package” page, you can opt in or out of text notifications to get real-time updates about the status of your order. Either way, we’ll keep you in the loop and send you a confirmation email with all the tracking information as soon as the item has shipped!

More About Estimated Delivery Dates

If you have placed an order, please note that estimated delivery dates vary depending on whether it is a small item or a large item:

Small Items

  • The estimated delivery time indicates when the item will arrive at your home.
Large Items
  • The estimated arrival time shows when the item will get to your local area.
  • A local Delivery Agent will then contact you to set up an exact delivery date and time window.
  • On your scheduled delivery date, our local delivery partner will call you 30 minutes prior to arrival to make sure you are home.


Canceling an Order

You can cancel any order before it ships from My Orders. However, once an item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you missed the window to cancel the order, you can always set up a return or exchange ahead of time, and then send the item back once it arrives. Please note, return shipping costs may apply.

Canceling a Return
Already filled out the return form but changed your mind? As long as the item is still in your possession, you can easily cancel the return from My Orders.
